All on-site quotes are conducted between 4:00pm and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend quoting is unavailable.
Weekend and Friday cut-offs
Enquiries received after 2:00pm on Friday, as well as any weekend enquiries, will be processed and scheduled for the following Monday between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.
Property access
To receive your quote, you must either be present or provide explicit permission for our team to access the property during the designated time slot.
Communication
Customers must be reachable via phone call or SMS at the mobile number provided during registration to finalise or confirm the quote details.
Size limit
This free quote offer is strictly limited to properties with a maximum lawn size of 1,000m².
