Questions we get asked most
How do I get a quote?
Send through your address and what you need done, and we come and look at the block in person. Quotes are free and we get back to you by the next business day, or your first mow is free. Quotes are done on site between 4pm and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Why won’t you quote over the phone?
Because phone quotes are how people end up with hidden charges. We look at the actual block, give you a number, and that number is what you pay even if the job takes longer than we expected.
What if the job turns out bigger than the quote?
We honour the quote. If we have misjudged it, that is our problem, not yours.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Start when you like, stop when you like. Most customers go weekly or fortnightly, but one-off jobs are fine too.
What happens if it rains?
We reschedule at no cost. Cutting a saturated lawn wrecks it, so we would rather come back.
Do I need to be home?
Not unless you want to be. As long as we can get to the yard, we will do the job and let you know when it is done.
How do I pay?
Cash or bank transfer. For households, payment is due the same day as the service. For businesses, within 7 days.
What areas do you cover?
Fernvale and Lowood - that is our full service area.
Do you take asbestos?
No. We remove furniture, building materials and general waste, but asbestos has to go to a licensed removalist.
